Heavily Modified Zetec 2.0L Engine. Project started with a brand new Ford ex-stock 2.0L Blacktop Zetec. Fitted with ARP Big End Bolts. Titan dry kit sump with 2 stage scavenge and single stage pressure pump (-10 fittings). Oil dipstick and emissions breather blanked off. Fitted with -10 fitting where oil filter normally is for the oil in connection. Head has been ported by Dunnell Engines to their RMP101 standard. Dunnell Engines RMP201 ZRV high lift camshafts. Pistons pocketed by Dunnell Engines for high lift cams.

Dunnell Engines competition RMP505 springs. Kent Cams solid cam followers (KCCF66). Kent Cams Vernier cam pulleys. Supplied with Dunnell Engines port matched inlet manifold (RMP901) for 45mm throttle bodies (not in pictures but is included).

Water pump housing modified to remove pump housing and requires electric water pump system (see picture). Can be converted back to standard water pump system by replacing the water pump housing. Supplied with sensors:- Crank speed, Cam phase, water temp, oil pressure gauge, oil pressure switch. Engine has been stored with all ports and connections taped over - Only opened up for photographs! Can be supplied with document from Ford that states the engine block number is from August 1993 so no requirement to run a Cat or emissions kit.
