Welcome to the Roll and Restore heavy duty Hydraulic lifting rollover jig a must for every car restorer. Roll over jigs are great for body restoration and race preparation making welding in floors, sills and enclosed sections a lot less daunting especially for those newer to restoration been able to have the car body at a angle that not only is easier to work on but also allows you actually see what your doing there is also the safely aspect of not having to weld or angle grind underneath with all the hot sparks falling on you and burning your skin. The jig can roll full 360 degrees with a 12 point degree locking ring. Quick and easy to assemble from 15mins to get the jig ready to bolt to the shell from the pallet. Uses 2 x 3 ton ramps one each side to lift the body up off axle stands to the required height. Due to our jigs having separate lifting rams and adjustable inner balance points it can can be lowered to go on trailers and trucks to keep the centre of the gravity down without affecting the shell balance cutting out a lot of time. This also comes in handy when you want to try wheels and body panels back on to check alignment and panel gaps just lower it down. Very easy to load the car on your own without the need of a ramp or crane. The 2 rams are included.

The main frame is made from huge 70mmx70mm box section with 5mm thick back posts. Comes complete with a set of 125mm heavy duty castor wheels. Perfect to move around or in and out the workshop. Each corner wheel is braked for safety. The connecting bar is 4600mm(4.6 m).

I do a 200mm (8 inch) wheel kit option please message me for details. The inner frame is also adjustable so the balancing point can be adjusted with ease with the clamping system allowing it to be clamped anywhere in the 650mm of adjustment. Making it easier to roll the car and keep the car level.

The jig can be locked into 12 different positions with a 20mm spring bolt. Each side also has a clamp down bolt. Comes complete with standard set of 400mm long mounting brackets(irons) that will fit most cars. Simply drill holes in the mounts to match existing holes in the body or you can make new holes in both if easier.

Once brackets are mounted make sure the cross bar is centred and then drill the holes though to mount the brackets to the jig. Custom brackets can be made if needed please message me for more info. All mounting hardware is M10 , M12 or M16 8.8 or above. When not in use the jig fits easily fits in to the space of a pallet also comes in handy when painting to hang parts off.
